87% of Consumers Like Brands on Facebook [INFOGRAPHIC]

Market research company Lab42 recently surveyed 1,000 social media users about how they interact with brands on Facebook and found that consumers are viewing a brand’s Facebook presence as more important than ever.

In fact, 87% of the participants like brands on Facebook. 82% of the users feel that Facebook is a good place to interact with brands, out of which 35% feel brands listen to them more on Facebook.
